Work place mediation is a process where an independent third party a qualified mediator helps two or more employees who are in conflict talk about their situation, exchange their concerns and work towards a resolution. This seminar will empower you to become more resilient as you learn to identify the traits of resilient people and understand the role of your thoughts and perception in shaping your response to life’s joys and challenges.
